Not a bad service but it's not as good as they like to say it is! There is always long pauses while down loading and sometimes it takes forever to open things and the only way they end up opening is when I switch back to my cell service!

it's horrible that they force you to use this app to set up your router. it wont even let you see the ssid without downloading it and you end up having to delete other apps you need just to have internet. there needs to be an option to set up without all that data added to phone memory. what if someone has no phone and no internet access to download the stupid app. hence why they are getting internet service for their computers.🤦make the app less data consuming so it fits on phones at least.

This app is not a true substitute for home network administration and management. Port forwarding is a nightmare and you can't block specific sites at all. This wouldn't be such a big deal if they didn't prevent you from using the HTML admin page for your router. I hate this app.
